Lytham Grange has 30 rooms and offers large community areas including a large lounge and dining room and a conservatory at the rear of the building opening out onto the garden.
A Big Step made Safe

Our Team
The registered manager of this service is Mrs Hayley Fishwick. Hayley has worked in a healthcare setting for over 14 years, and specialises in palliative and elderly care.

Excellent care, friendly staff and a cosy, safe environment. We provide care for up to 40 residents, in single and shared rooms over two floors.

Residents can get involved in regular activities (see separate page) organised by a dedicated activity co-ordinator, from sensory exercises and movie watching, to music events or seasonal arts and crafts.

Outside matters
Lytham Grange is close to local shops and has good public transport links. We are surrounded by garden areas with wheelchair access, so all residents can enjoy spending time outside.
